I take 1 mg 3x daily of Ropinirole. It is primarily used for restless syndrome caused by Parkinson's. I've been taking it for several years and does a good job settling my muscles down from twitching...

Thanks for your comment, I just started and it does help with the twitching. Did your Doctor start you out with a lower dosage at first and slowly work you up to 1MG 3X a day?

Yes, as is the same principle with Carbidova/Levodopa. You start a low dosage and build to the desired treatment regimen. I now take 8 50/200 mgs of Carbidopa/Levodopa each day and 15 mgs of Baclofen...
